Tower Rock is a few miles south of Chester Illinois on the Mississippi River. During the late summer and fall of 2022 the river fell into drought conditions and the river levels near this rock were under 1.5 feet, which allowed visitors to walk across the river bed to the rock. This painting is acrylic on poly metal panel.
