Inspired while visiting one of our favorite parks, I captured a brief moment when my daughter's gaze mirrored the blue ridges mountains. I used selective editing in my final studio painting in effort to maintain focus on the figure. I keep my brushstrokes loose and added impasto using a palette knife.
