My River Friend

This is my first acrylic painting on canvas ever! It is also my first plein air work on canvas. I did it with an easel, pallet, etc., and felt like a real artist in the process. It is an unforgettable feeling! Unfortunately, I was not able to finalize it outside (because I was enjoying the moment and was not in a hurry) and finished it at home but I am still very excited about this experience! I was very inspired by the place - it was in the middle of a beautiful forest in Southern Oregon near a nice river with rocks. I was really nervous to start because I did not really know what to do and how but the moment was so nice and I was able to just let it go and let my brushes dance on the canvas. I also filmed the process and have a very good memory of that day.
