Last bit of summer

I wish summer could be longer in Seattle. Every time when summer is about to end and fall is just around the corner, I feel the need to
soak up every bit of the sun and to watch every sunset possible. I was out on the balcony one day after a long day of work and I saw this amazing sunset. I couldn't resist but to watch every moment of it. The color and shape just kept changing every time I blinked. I was able to take mental notes of the fast-changing sky and was lucky enough to take a picture of it. In this painting, I hope to capture the essence of that moment and have it as a reminder of that awesome sunset that I once saw.
