"Three Best Friends"

When these three turkeys showed up on my doorstep in early November, my first thought was to call my brother to see these beauties. My second thought was I have to paint these guys and my third thought when I noticed they had no "thorn" was to whom did these domesticated turkeys belong? After some calls to some nearby farms, I located their owner and he assured me they would stay away from the road and come home on their own. And that they did but not before I took some wonderful photos of my new feathered friends!
