Pastel of store/building front. The light in this image is what drew me to creating this piece. Stormy weather creating low light and high reflections of bright city lights. The textures of all the elements including lit glass block, brick, wet pavement reflections were a joy to create. My joy was found in the large windows of the building that create an abstract design in a realist scene.
