Moments

Painted en plein air in autumn this year along the Great West Road, near my home in London. I had lots of fleeting but pleasant interactions with the drivers as they waited in the traffic. I wanted to draw an analogy between the evanescence of the falling leaves and the passing drivers, and generally reflect on life as a series of moments spread out before me.
