In the Limelights

In the gardens at a local Farm and resort in Albemarle County, summer flowers abound. The Limelight Hydrangeas were in full bloom and random colorful Lillies and other species surrounded these fulsome blooms. I was struck by the light which highlighted th e beautiful full blooms and fragile white, light lime green colors. They then turn a greenish pink and end up in fall turning a burnished copper color. Truly one of nature's exceptional flourishes.
