Fontainebleau Boat Launch

This painting was painted from a spot in a wildlife reserve/park area where people can launch Kayaks and small boats. I loved the way the sun fell behind the trees and lit everything from behind. I especially loved all the warm and cool colors that made it a wonderfully rich subject to paint. It was probably one of the most enjoyable plein air experiences I've ever had.
