Location: E 3rd street / Congress Ave. Austin, Texas
Description: As I walk along Congress Ave from the Capitol building heading to the Colorado river, I'm struck by the bouncing light of the yellow canopy
victorian building and I know then that a subject to paint. The building is historic since I saw a landmark plaque on the front building but I need more research to appreciated the history of the building.
