Large studio painting done from small pencil sketch on location. Oil on canvas. Sketched this scene while staying by myself in a very old hotel called Twin lakes inn in Colorado. Owner let me stay by myself in the hotel isolated up in the mountains. Best night of my life because the moon gave me a private show.
